Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and adoption strategies for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future trends
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Present strategic forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 tech companies or innovation consultancies
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent training
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi methodology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
