Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Analyze global market shifts to position InnovateCorp as a 2026 industry leader
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present visionary proposals to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, R, or predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of global policy implications for emerging tech
