- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 3-5 year technology adoption curves
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation fellows and manage a $5M annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or Engineering
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or future forecasting
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and design thinking
