- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and development on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI, Quantum Computing, and IoT for 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define long-term technical roadmaps that align with the company's vision for the future.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, edge computing, and next-gen data storage solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.
