Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/autonomy)
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in quantum computing, autonomous systems, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Expertise in cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security
- Experience with human-AI interaction design and ethical AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and DAO governance
