Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and multi-cloud orchestration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future systems
- Published research in IEEE ACM or top-tier journals on 2026+ tech
- Experience with neuromorphic computing frameworks (SpikingJET, Loihi)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
