- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of next-gen artificial intelligence and quantum computing protocols into our core systems.
- Cloud Architecture: Oversee the design and optimization of high-performance cloud infrastructure, focusing on cost-efficiency and security.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, decentralized finance) and evaluate their potential for business application.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding junior architects and engineers in best practices for sustainable coding.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or IT Strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
