Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-gen infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Quantum-Ready Cloud Systems.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to pioneer novel algorithms and AI integration strategies.
- Define and enforce technical standards to ensure system resilience, security, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate viable solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in high-performance computing, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
