Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Stack: Lead the architectural strategy for next-generation AI models, ensuring scalability and efficiency for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex computational tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and senior developers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust. Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven experience designing systems around Generative AI and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and innovate under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
