- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning engineering efforts with business vision.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, edge-computing networks and Web3 protocols.
- Establish best practices for the ethical deployment of Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Drive the research and implementation of sustainable, energy-efficient computing hardware.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and leading high-performance teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Kubernetes, and modern container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
