Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI and quantum workloads by 2026.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Extended Reality (XR).
- Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for automated decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for performance, security, and interoperability in decentralized environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for bleeding-edge technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with blockchain or Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ethical AI governance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
