Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems for 2026-era quantum-AI hybrid computing environments
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Design sustainable tech solutions for climate-positive infrastructure
- Prototype decentralized networks with blockchain and IoT integration
- Establish governance protocols for emerging neural interface technologies
- Collaborate with futurists to map technology adoption curves for 2025-2030
- Drive innovation sprints for human-computer symbiosis systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI ethics (Fairlearn, AIF360)
- Proven experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems at scale
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certification in quantum security (QCE Level 3) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ full-stack projects in sustainability tech
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical expertise
