Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of future systems for 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that will shape the next 3-5 years.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future systems into current operations.
- Develop roadmaps and implementation plans for future system deployments.
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future technological shifts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide thought leadership on future systems.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing, etc.).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
