Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technical vision for the next 3 years, integrating emerging technologies like generative AI and edge computing.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling billions of transactions.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify, prototype, and validate breakthrough technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full regulatory compliance for global deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance long-term architectural vision with short-term delivery needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or similar professional certifications are a plus.
