Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Future Tech Integration: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Lead the migration and management of mission-critical workloads across AWS and Azure, optimizing for cost and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade security frameworks and ensure 100% compliance with global data protection standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Engineering: Conduct rigorous load testing and performance tuning to ensure system stability under peak traffic conditions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and how to scale inference engines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
