Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge technology.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance microservices architectures capable of handling billions of requests.
- Technology Innovation: Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration (Istio/Terraform).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing inference pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
