Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to establish long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, high-availability systems capable of handling exponential data growth and AI workloads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (Quantum-ready infra, advanced AI models) into existing frameworks.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee cloud migration strategies and optimization for major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to refactor and modernize legacy systems for peak performance and security compliance.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and architects on best practices for future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for technological shifts 2-5 years in advance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
