Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural vision for AI integration, edge computing, and cloud migration strategies.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before market release.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure all systems meet rigorous compliance standards.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system health and optimize code to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of AI model deployment and the integration of machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and devise elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
