Responsibilities
- Design and execute AI-powered recruitment strategies for emerging tech roles (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead virtual reality talent assessments and metaverse recruitment events
- Develop blockchain-based credential verification systems for secure talent validation
- Build predictive talent analytics models to forecast future skill demands
- Create inclusive DEI frameworks for hybrid/remote teams across 15+ time zones
- Implement neurodiversity hiring initiatives for cognitive diversity optimization
- Manage global talent pools using decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) principles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical recruitment with proven success in scaling AI/ML teams
- Expertise in VR/AR recruitment tools and metaverse talent sourcing platforms
- Certification in Blockchain Talent Verification Systems (BTVS)
- Advanced proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) for talent forecasting
- Experience managing global remote teams across cultural and regulatory boundaries
- Deep understanding of neurodiversity hiring and cognitive assessment technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of DAO-based talent communities
- MBA or equivalent in Human Capital Strategy preferred
