- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and design teams to align business objectives with technical feasibility.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into the future of technology to identify gaps in the market and new opportunities for product innovation.
- Agile Leadership: Manage the full product lifecycle from conception and prototyping to launch and iteration using Agile methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to translate complex algorithms into intuitive user experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of AI products on user engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate how technological shifts will impact the business landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Figma, Notion) and data analytics platforms.
