Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and trend forecasting to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) and their potential impact on our sector.
- Lead the strategic integration of AI-driven automation into core business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to future-proof architectures capable of supporting next-gen demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to communicate the vision of 2026 to stakeholders and drive organizational adoption.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-tech initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, IT management, or product strategy within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence trends, machine learning applications, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
