Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures tailored for the Future Tech landscape.
- Research and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time, high-velocity applications.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software engineering.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI capabilities into scalable products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing global AI trends and academic breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Track record of research excellence, including publications at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
