Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ in quantum/neural tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent with startup experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech from prototype to market
