Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, future-proof systems using quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Optimize infrastructure for next-gen quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Present technical visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed systems
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized architectures
- Track record of leading $5M+ tech initiatives
- Strong background in ethical AI development
