- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performing research and development team to explore and prototype breakthrough technologies, including AI and Quantum computing.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable architecture for next-generation software solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to evaluate emerging tech trends and determine their applicability to current business challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
