What You Will Do:
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Lead the end-to-end design and development of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and quantum computing frameworks intended for deployment by 2026.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technological trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps that drive competitive advantage for Nexus Horizon Labs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Prototype & Validate: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate complex technical hypotheses before full-scale production.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research into neural networks and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud architectures.
- Represent the technical department in high-level strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
