Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategies with high-level business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Next-Gen Cloud, Web3) to assess their viability and integration potential.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and foster a culture of innovation across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in the market and adjust the strategic vision proactively.
- Partner with executive leadership to communicate the value and roadmap of future technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, IT architecture, or technical leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of future-forward technologies and their practical business applications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and technical project management.
