- Conduct feasibility studies for new infrastructure and technology stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate strategic vision into technical requirements.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt associated with long-term strategic planning.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term (3-5 year) technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in scaling high-traffic, mission-critical applications.
