Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure scalability, security, and high performance for next-generation applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Engineering, and Executive leadershipâto translate business strategy into technical execution.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate future tech trends and shifts.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for large-scale projects or products.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
