Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging technical trends.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using next-gen technologies.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and autonomous agents into enterprise workflows.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and risk assessments for emerging tech stacks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical vision into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineer role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML model deployment and ethical AI implementation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
