- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and partnerships to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they impact the product.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and generative model integration.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
