Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term technical goals with business strategy.
- Conduct Feasibility Studies on emerging technologies to determine viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and prototyping of next-generation solutions.
- Manage the Innovation Budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Establish Partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies within the innovation department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with a focus on long-term (3-5 year) planning.
- Deep understanding of Emerging Technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable technology strategies.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and high-performance teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a global mindset.
