- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent development for frontier technologies
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape ethical frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains while fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech AI
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Strong background in scaling R&D from prototype to global commercialization
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration (biotech, energy, materials science)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Ability to secure multi-million R&D budgets and manage P&L for innovation labs
