Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design for next-gen AI systems and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap specifically for the 2026 ecosystem.
- System Integration: Integrate emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) into existing scalable infrastructures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and researchers in cutting-edge technologies.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the viability of futuristic tech stacks and prototype potential solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to align technical capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in predictive modeling and system optimization.
- Innovation: Proven track record of patenting or publishing research in advanced computing fields.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights.
