Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of building scalable distributed systems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with research in emerging tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFP) or Technology Impact Assessment
- Experience with policy advisory boards or tech ethics committees
