Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI and automation.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into existing business workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready computing, advanced NLP).
- Drive the adoption of security-first practices to ensure robust infrastructure resilience.
- Report directly to the CTO on project milestones, budget utilization, and technical risks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining technical strategies for major product launches.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and predictive modeling.
- Experience managing large budgets and leading distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
