Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectural frameworks for AI and Quantum integration.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align 2026 product roadmaps with emerging industry standards.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Evaluate and prototype bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) before full-scale deployment.
- Ensure system resilience and security against future cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and cryptographic security protocols.
