Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead architectural decisions for next-generation cloud infrastructure and microservices.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) into existing frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for long-term technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic technical role.
- Proven expertise in designing scalable, high-availability systems for enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML system design and data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast technological trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
