Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- AI Integration: Lead the design and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents into core enterprise systems.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Architect high-performance, energy-efficient cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Sustainable Tech: Implement sustainable coding practices and green energy computing protocols to minimize carbon footprints.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to future-ready cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of deploying cutting-edge AI/ML models in production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
