Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define the comprehensive technological roadmap and architectural strategy for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and researchers in prototyping next-generation AI, Web3, and Quantum-ready solutions.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging tools and frameworks, selecting those that offer the highest scalability, security, and performance for the future.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, executable technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines that support high-velocity, future-proof development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
