Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on AI-driven scalability and automation.
- Lead the architecture and integration of cutting-edge Generative AI models into core business infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level 2026 strategic goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP) and assess their viability for our platform.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system resilience in a high-velocity environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Strategic Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-volume applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
