Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to lead our R&D division and define the technological roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies—specifically Agentic AI, Spatial Computing, and Autonomous Systems—to build scalable, next-generation solutions for enterprise clients. You will be the architect of the future, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of the digital revolution.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement robust technical architectures for AI-driven autonomous agents and spatial interfaces expected to dominate the 2026 market.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying and integrating breakthrough technologies like Neural Interfaces and Quantum-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Agentic AI Development: Oversee the development of self-improving AI systems capable of complex decision-making without human intervention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, high-performance software products.
- Technical Mentorship: Establish coding standards and best practices for high-level engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Extensive background in software architecture, specifically with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and futuristic tech stacks.
- Expert in Agentic AI: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Spatial Computing Proficiency: Experience with WebXR, AR/VR development, and spatial data visualization.
- Cloud & Edge Computing: Proven track record designing scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with edge computing capabilities.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage complex R&D projects.
