Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying emerging tech trends that drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical initiatives.
- Evaluate and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) for potential integration into our core product suite.
- Manage a budget for R&D and innovation pilots, ensuring a high return on investment for future-state projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert in foresight methodologies, presenting visionary scenarios to stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure seamless transitions into next-gen platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons).
- Deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable strategic insights.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
