Responsibilities
- Architect and design the technical roadmap for the 'The 2026 Initiative,' ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead research and development into cutting-edge technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks and integrate them into our existing infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and architectural patterns.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and guide the technical vision of the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML paradigms, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Next.js, Rust, or Quantum simulation tools is a plus.
