Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex software architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 operational environment.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers in exploring emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing applications and advanced Neural Networks.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and milestones for the company’s 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing high-impact optimizations.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production-grade systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
