Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning product goals with emerging technological trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling high-volume, real-time data streams.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI models into our core products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically about long-term product evolution and competitive landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
