Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Year 2026 initiative, aligning AI advancements with long-term business goals.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the architectural design and deployment of scalable AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Future Tech Research: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Ready architectures, Space-Tech integration) to ensure our systems remain future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to translate complex technical visions into actionable development plans.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging future-tech stacks.
