- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to Series B+
- Expertise in blockchain, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Strong background in sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
