Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen tech prototypes for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Secure $1M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on experimental projects
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong network connections with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Patent portfolio with minimum 5 granted patents
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
