Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 industry predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted communication systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology, climate AI)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous infrastructure and decentralized networks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and venture partners with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Deep familiarity with global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI guidelines
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
